If you order from us frequently, you may find that entering your credit card number again is somewhat annoying but, we believe this increased safety to you outweighs the risks of maintaining personal credit card information.

How long will it take to get my order?
Since we are the maker of everything we sell, we are rarely out of stock on anything. Orders placed, will ship within two working days and should be in your hands within one week.

Can I Order a Custom Ship?
If your ship is one of the classes available, we will customize it with your ship's name and hull number at no extra charge. For this type of order, you will need to cantact us at (800) 839-5799 to discuss building your ship.

I'm having a problem logging into my account information.
We use "sessions" to prevent members from having to sign in on every page. This means that you will need to have cookies enabled (Netscape) or at least session cookies enabled (Internet Explorer).
These "sessions" or temporary cookies will disappear as soon as you close the browser window or leave your browser idle for 20 minutes. They are only used during your time in our system to make sure that you are a member of our site and can not be saved by us or used in any way to contact you or find out information about you.

I'm having a problem adding items to the shopping cart.
